General Terms & Conditions
All orders will need to be paid in full before the start of the job.
All correspondences regarding orders needs to be in writing through our system.
Orders or edits submitted through text messaging will not be accepted.
Orders not placed through our site will need an additional business day for processing.
Custom Design Work
Turn around time: The first proof will be delivered in 2-3 business days.
You can upload up to 2 images for your design job. Additional images may incur additional fees. Images should be in jpeg or png formats.
If you need a specific image, you must provide it. ex: If you need a car on your flyer we can provide that. If you need a 1964 cherry red mustang with bucket seats, you will need to provide that image.
All information must be provided before the Design Stage will start. Any information given after the Design Stage has started will incur additional design fees. Information should be proof read prior to submission.
Please be aware that we are NOT responsible for your information, misspellings, typos, or exclusions of pertinent information.
After your order is placed a representative will call you during business hours to confirm and begin the order.
Once the Proof is delivered you will be able to make CHANGES only, any ADDITIONS will incur additional design fees. Changes will be billed if they disrupt the structure of the layout. We will send out the Proof three (3) times, allowing two (2) rounds of changes. Changes sent through our web site will be delivered by close of business the following business day. After the second round of changes, additional changes will be billed at $15 per change. Excessive changes will be billed at $45 per hour
If there is no reply to a proof after five (5) business days, the order will be closed out & discarded.
Proofs posted online to social networks or any other promotional outlets will result in the order being closed out, as usage of the artwork is viewed as "approval" and "completion" of the order.
Refunds will not be issued after the Design Stage has started.
Turn around time: 2-4 business days (on most print jobs)
Add an additional 2 business days for bindery (folding, scoring, numbering etc)
Add an additional business day for major holiday printing.
Turn around time begins at 2:00 p.m. (EST), all files received after 2:00 p.m. will go to print on the following business day.
We Print Your Files "As Is". We do not modify or change your file in any way. Please make sure your files are the proper size and have the proper bleeds before you place the order.
All files should have the following:
+ 1/8 inch bleed and 1/8 inch margins
+ 300 DPI
+ Currently this site only accepts Jpeg Images.
Design Templates are Non-Refundable
All templates require Adobe Photoshop Software to modify and update. Fonts are not included with purchase.
Coupon and Promo codes are only valid through our web site and will not be accepted during phone, email or in person orders.
